Website Care Program $185/month
What IS Included In The Website Care Program
1. Regular monitoring and updating to ensure impeccable performance across all major browsers due to the fact that not all browsers render sites in the same way.
2. Regular and thorough backups of your site so that it may be fully restored in case of loss.
3. Updates to CMS core once at the start of each month.
4. Monitoring your website functionality to ensure that everything is working as it should and upgrade where necessary.
5. Website theme updates once at the start of each month.
6. Plugin updates once at the start of each month. Some plugins may become outdated and no longer work with the newest version of your website CMS software. Plugins may need upgrading to accommodate the newer version, or become obsolete with the improvements in the website software.
7. Installation and maintenance of CMS security plugin to help prevent attacks and to scan website for malicious code.
8. If after updates to WordPress core, WordPress plugins or WordPress themes are performed it is determined that one or more of the updates cause problems for the overall functioning of the website, then the site will be ‘rolled back’ to the state before the updates were performed using the latest website backup. Alecan Marketing Solutions will then contact the client to discuss options as to remedy the issue.
9. Downtime is highly inconvenient for any website owner and when your site is offline you need immediate technical support, we ensure that option is available and deal with any issues ourselves so you don’t have to.
10. Complimentary Service: Annual one-time edit or update of a single page with new textual or new graphical content.
What IS NOT Included In The Website Care Plan
1. Changes to existing website. Website redesign, re-alignment or re-development.
2. Addition of new features to the website or modification of existing features
3. CMS design or integration including but not limited to blogs, shopping carts and web forums. These require a separate design agreement.
4. Installation of new/extra plugins.
5. Installation of new website themes.
6. Any work required to remedy an issue where an update to core of the CRM system, plugins or themes has been found to cause problems to the overall functioning of the website. This work will be discussed with the Client beforehand and then charged separately.
During the duration of this contract, the Client agrees that Alecan Marketing Solutions will be the sole provider of maintenance services for the website, and no other party will have access to or rights to change the website. If a party other than Alecan Marketing Solutions makes changes to the web site, any errors that are created must be repaired and will be charged separately.
